1 General Terms

Welcome to Zeetbuz. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Zeetbuz platform (https://zeetbuz.ws). By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zeetbuz. Zeetbuz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

• Zeetbuz services are available to eligible-age individuals only.
• Each person may hold only one account.
• All Zeetbuz services are provided for entertainment purposes.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Zeetbuz, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information will result in account termination and any deposited funds may be forfeited. The following details are required at registration:

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Current Address

Zeetbuz may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity, such as a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process may result in withdrawal restrictions.

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zeetbuz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus. The general bonus terms for Zeetbuz are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, typically 20–40 times the bonus amount.
• Time limit: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being credited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum stake limit per bet may apply when using a bonus.

Zeetbuz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time. Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud will result in account suspension.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Zeetbuz supports multiple payment methods. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on payment method)
• Maximum Deposit: Up to ৳1,00,000 per day
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 1–3 business days
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

Zeetbuz strictly enforces anti-money laundering policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Betting Rules

Before betting on Zeetbuz, it is important to read the specific rules for each game and event. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a live cash-out feature is available).
• If any event is affected by a technical error, Zeetbuz reserves the right to void the bet.
• Bets placed before an odds change in Sports Betting will be honoured at the original odds.
• Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring completely fair and unbiased outcomes.
• If a technical issue occurs during a game, Zeetbuz may void and refund the bets placed in that round.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zeetbuz platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus Abuse or system exploitation
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Collusive betting or match fixing
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack
• Initiating chargebacks or payment fraud
• Harassing or threatening other users

7 Privacy & Data Protection

Zeetbuz treats the protection of your personal data as its highest priority. We use internationally recognised SSL encryption, and your information is never sold to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy Read.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Zeetbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• If false information is provided
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found
• In compliance with a court order or regulatory authority directive

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Zeetbuz is not liable for:

• Any loss arising from loss of internet connection
• Third-party software or hardware malfunction
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics)
• Any loss resulting from a user's own negligence

10 Dispute Resolution & Contact

Any dispute between Zeetbuz and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If you have a complaint, please follow the steps below:

• Our support team will respond within 48 hours.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate it to our management team.
• In the event of an unresolved dispute, regulatory mediation may be sought.
